Let me introduce my self . My name is Damin. You can call me Pak Damin. I was born at 4 February 1969. I am your English teacher. I have been teaching here since 1998.

All right our students, at this time, we want to discuss about Greeting.

When our friends say Hi...We will say Hi...
When our friends say Hello....We will say Hello
When we meet our friends/other people in the morning, we will say : Good Morning
When we meet our friends or other people in the afternoon. we will say : Good Afternoon
Good evening is used when we meet our in the evening or night.
Good night is used when we want to go to sleep.
If our friends say Nice to see you, we will reply nice to see you too.

Pada kesempatan ini kita akan mendiskusikan tentang perintah dan larangan dalam Bahasa Inggris. Perintah dalam bahasa Inggrisnyaadalah Command sedangkan larangan adalah Prohibition.

Kalimat Perintah dengan Kata Kerja I

Para pembaca yang budinman. Dalam menyusun kalimat perintah yang perlu kita perhatikan adalah kalimat tersebut diawali dengan Verb I atau kata kerja pertama. Untuk memperhalus perintah kita pakai kata please (tolong).

Perhatikan contoh-contoh Kalimat Perintah berikut ini!
     - Open the door, please!       Tolong bukakan pintu!.
     - Close the door please!        Tolong tutup pintu!   
     - Listen to me,please!            Tolong dengarkan saya!.
     - Sit down!                              Duduklah!
     - Stand up,please!                 Silakan berdiri.
     - Work in pairs,please!           Tolong, kerja dalam pasangan!

When we meet them in the afternoon we will  say Good Afternoon to them. When we meet them in the evening we will say Good Evening to them. Present Continuous Tense digunakan untuk mengungkapkan kegiatan atau pekerjaan yang sedang berlangsung pada saat berbicara.
